Super-friendly staff, they made my day!!
Food was good and I have nothing but really really nice memories from this trip. It was clean, breakfast was savoury. The hotel was in a good and perfect location, near a bus stop. I truly enjoyed the room with a modern very nice bathroom, the bed was lovely. A work desk, coffee/tea makers, and multi-channel TV were useful.

This location was perfect and magnificent, near the town centre in a safe quiet area with an excellent bus service across the road-every 15 minutes as well as the portobello beach. Went to The Scottie for drink or two, set not too far away from the hotel.

We truly enjoyed the convenience of the standard triple room with good bathroom facilities. A wide array of food for breakfast, which was fabulous to satisfy everyone.
We couldn't find food.

Had warm 3 nights here. There was a lovely bed that I thoroughly enjoyed in the standard triple room. The employees were kind and polite. The location was marvellous, close to Holyrook park, the church, and a safe quiet area with an excellent bus service across the road-every 15 minutes. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Edinburgh.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were always on hand to help with any requests or questions we had. One particular instance that stood out was when a fellow guest needed assistance with transport to a nearby venue, the staff offered to personally drive her there. Truly exceptional service!
All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and there were no major negative aspects to mention.
